BRENDA

began her Tax Consulting Career in 1992. She is a Certified Tax Professional and attended College in Accounting. She managed an office for a large Tax Firm for 1 year and
opened a home-office in 1993. In 2006 with support from her husband and son the store-front office in Napoleon, Ohio was opened.
Brenda is approved and accepted by the IRS to do E-Filing (Electronic Filing). She offers Tax Consulting, Tax Preparation, Tax Filing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Office Organization, Bookkeeping, Budgeting and Bill Paying.
JOHN
... without the support and encouragement from John, Brenda’s Tax Consulting would not have grown to what it is today. John is Vice President and has been in Sales and Customer Relations since 1992. He handles the office's Computer Technology needs along with staff meetings
and overall flow of the office.
TIM
... became a Certified Tax Professional in 2005. He attended College at Northwest State Community College. In 2009 Tim graduated from the Certified Networker Program. Tim prepares Individual to Self-Employed Returns along with Small Farms and Rentals. Tim attends our Networking Meetings and Events. Tim also assists with Tonjes Rentals.
BOB
... is our Safety Coordinator. Bob handles the safety training. He assists in the shredding of documents and is not only the one who convinced me to start my own business, but is also a great dad!
MELISSA
... obtained her Associates of Applied Business in Accounting from Northwest State Community College in 1998. She went on to Defiance College where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Human Resource Management in 2004. Melissa handles Human Resources for our office. She works with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Payroll Returns, Prepare Financial Statements, Year-End Reconciliations along with Preparing Individual to Corporate Returns.
CHAD
... obtained his Bachelor of Science in 1992 from Defiance College. He has experience in Accounting and Office Management. Chad works with our clients on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Profit & Loss and Financial Statements, along with preparing Tax Returns for Individuals to Corporate Returns. Chad enjoys working with the clients to find ways they can effectively cut costs and save money.
KIM
... graduated in 1991 with a degree in Applied Business. Kim began her career with us as a Receptionist. She came to us with several years experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, in which we are now utilizing her skills. Kim is currently attending Tax Wise University.
KATY
... obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009 from BGSU. Katy fills in as Receptionist, Prepares 1040EZ returns, assists with the Rentals and is in charge of our Marketing. Katy has several years experience in Marketing. Katy is currently attending Tax Wise University.
KATIE
... is our part-time Receptionist. Katie has her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Owens and has several years experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She utilizes these skills along with scheduling appointments and assisting walk in clients.
